There has been an increasing volume of research studies around the use of executive coaching and what makes it effective. However, there are few studies that have tried to make connections between organisational performance and the use of executive coaching in organisations.

This new literary review has been looking at the existing research that makes claims about links between executive coaching and organisational performance. Part of the problem is developing effective measures for the outcomesof both executive coaching and organisational performance that can be used to tie the two together.
